Very nice room, high and comfy bed with a huge blanket! I have felt like a queen! Really nice bathroom with a big shower and a marble vanity! Nice wallpaper! The armchair is really comfy! Very nice lobby with different styles of chairs and golden decoration. They have wifi in the lobby. There is an old typewriter, where you can write something for your people at home. I highly recommend this hotel!

They were able to accommodate early check in and concierge was able to deliver a bottle of Champagne that met us in the room when we arrived. Immaculate room with great finishes and fixtures. Common areas were well maintained and tidy. Excited that this hotel was renovated and ready for a new generation of travelers! It’s a gem. Have an employee show you the ballroom if you get a chance.

Good job on the breakfast. Good experience going to the bar at night. We met friends at a restaurant for dinner each night, so we have nothing to comment. Your staff is second to none. Your training program is working very well. Truly one of the best we have ever encountered. It wouldn't hurt to have some of the top newspapers in the lobby.

The location was fantastic as was the building and foyer. They've really leaned into the heritage of the building which was fantastic as was the extra floors, one with an art gallery. We loved how easy it was to get around from here. The bathroom was very large and the style of the room was fantastic.
